Great read, thank you. I like Elliot Brown watches and they are in no way expensive and marry mechanical style with quartz. I don’t agree with the smart watch element of the article; they are data harvesting/surveillance devices for big tech and governments, not watches.

9f, 9s, or spring drive?
I’m unoriginal and got the Shunbun, so Spring Drive. I think spring drive is really cool and makes the watch a bit more interesting.
